Subscriptions

Understand how to purchase and manage subscriptions for using the itWrites API. Learn about the credit system and how it aligns with our subscription models.

Overview of Subscriptions

To access and use the itWrites API services, organizations must have credits, which are acquired through subscriptions. This guide details the types of subscriptions available, how to purchase them, and the rules regarding the usage and expiration of credits.

Purchasing Subscriptions

Organizations can purchase subscriptions by visiting the subscription management page:

Manage Subscriptions

Subscriptions are available on either a monthly or yearly basis, providing flexibility depending on your usage needs and budget.

Subscription Types and Credits

Each subscription tier offers a specific amount of credits that can be used within the itWrites API:

Monthly Subscription: Renews every month and provides a set amount of credits for that duration. Yearly Subscription: Provides a discounted rate compared to monthly billing and supplies credits for the entire year.

Credit Usage

Credits obtained through a subscription can be used to perform operations within the itWrites API. Each action or request costs a certain number of credits, detailed in our API documentation under the specific service descriptions.

If You Run Out of Credits

If your organization depletes all its credits before the subscription period ends, you have the option to:

Purchase an Additional Subscription: This will reset your credit balance to the full amount of the new subscription, starting from the date of purchase. Wait for the Next Billing Cycle: Your credits will automatically replenish when your next subscription period begins.

Credit Expiration

Credits are tied to the subscription period and do not roll over to the next period. They expire at the end of each subscription cycle, on the same date that the subscription was paid. It's important to plan your usage to ensure that you maximize the value of your credits.

Managing Your Subscription

You can view details about your current subscription, manage settings, and make changes by visiting:

Subscription Settings

Renewals and Cancellations

Subscriptions automatically renew according to the chosen billing cycle (monthly or yearly). You can cancel your subscription at any time from the subscription settings page. However, please note that cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and unused credits will expire and cannot be refunded.

Understanding and managing your subscription effectively will ensure that your organization can continuously leverage the itWrites API without interruption. For further questions or assistance with subscriptions, please contact our support team.
